Retainer Terms & Conditions
Overview
These terms outline the agreement between Archer Inspirations LLC (“the Company”) and the client (“the Client”) for retainer-based creative services. A retainer secures priority access to time, resources, and creative production support over a defined term.
1. Scope of Services
The retainer includes [insert number] hours per month of video editing, filming, strategy consulting, or creative direction as agreed upon in writing. Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Term & Renewal
Minimum term: [e.g., 3 months], starting on the effective date.
Renewal: Automatically renews monthly unless canceled in writing with at least 5 business days’ notice.
Pausing: Retainers may be paused for one month with advance written request.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the [1st] of each month via auto-invoice or preferred method.
Late payments beyond 7 days will result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.
All retainers are non-refundable once the monthly period begins.
4. Scheduling & Priority
Retainer clients receive scheduling priority. Requests should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency or weekend requests may incur an additional rush fee.
5. Communication & Revisions
Clients may communicate via phone, email, or text.
Minor revisions (under 30 mins) are included; larger edits may consume additional retainer hours.
Ongoing clarity and expectations will be managed collaboratively.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 5 business days’ notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and no further charges will occur after termination.
7. Liability & Ownership
All deliverables remain the property of Archer Inspirations until paid in full. Upon payment, the Client is granted full usage rights, unless otherwise specified.
8. Agreement
By entering into a retainer with Archer Inspirations, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
